China is a country with incredible diversity in its cuisines. The differences were originally based around the regions where the tastes developed but these days it is possible to enjoy the different styles almost everywhere in China.

In this class we focus on a regional classic cuisine, such as the most popular Sichuan dishes, Beijing-style dumpling and homemade noodles, and healthy vegetarian dishes.

Each class includes introduce Chinese food culture, explains Chinese seasonings, cooking demonstration, hands-on session, meal and learn Chinese as well.
